We do not accept returns or refunds on any products once orders are delivered to the shipping carrier.
If an item is defective or not as described, you may return the item within 30 days after the item has been received for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Notice* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
What CANNOT be returned:
- Seasonal goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Health and personal care items
The following information is needed to process your request:
- Your order number (order number should begin with “LC”)
- The name and email address used to place the order
- Reasons for return

Please be reminded that returns are made at the customer’s cost.
Tracking numbers must be provided and once your parcel reaches us please let us know, otherwise we cannot provide you with a refund.
Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment to us.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
